MSA Partners with CVSA

Medina Soccer Association (MSA) is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Cuyahoga Valley Soccer Academy (CVSA) effective immediately.  CVSA is currently made up of the communities of Brecksville, Nordonia Hills, and North Royalton.

MSA is excited to partner with communities with like-minded philosophies to what MSA has.  Through this partnership, MSA is able to expand its bank of knowledge, resources, and opportunities for our members.  CVSA closes the gap from U14 to its Adult program by offering opportunities to our members from ages 4 to 74.  CVSA’s club soccer opportunities will provide MSA members with a path to play club soccer from ages 8 through adulthood.

About CVSA
Currently CVSA boasts over 300 players within the club, and its member communities form a base of over 1200 players between its current member communities.  With the addition of MSA, the player base nearly doubles to well over 2000 players, offering all the resources of facilities, and staff from the 4 communities.  CVSA promotes the idea that players can get a high quality club experience while still enjoying and strengthening its community pride and development.  CVSA club players are strongly encouraged to continue to play for their communities and make this possible through detailed planning and coordination of practices, games, and tournaments among the communities and the club.

About the Partnership
MSA is pleased to provide a fluid, dynamic opportunity for any of its players seeking to begin playing club soccer, or those looking for a new environment.  To all those who are already enjoying playing at a club, this partnership will have no negative affect on you, and we encourage you to continue in an environment that sees your child growing both physically and socially.  As a member community of CVSA, MSA keeps its own autonomy, but gains partners in the Northeast Ohio soccer landscape.
